3. What items can’t you take?

  • For the safety of our team and customers, we do not remove items that are contaminated with bed bugs, roaches, rodents, or other active infestations. If you’re unsure, please let us know ahead of time so we can help point you toward proper disposal options.

  • For the safety of our crew, we are unable to provide service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions, including excessive biohazards, human or animal waste, or environments that pose a health risk.

We’re happy to recommend proper disposal options when possible.
